After more than 16 years of practicing dentistry and serving as an educator in Turkey, Dr. Kadriye Özdayı began to notice a growing need among international patients seeking high-quality healthcare options abroad.
Throughout her career, she witnessed the exceptional clinical expertise, advanced technologies, and patient-centered care available in many Turkish clinics and hospitals. At the same time, she recognized that navigating treatment in another country could feel overwhelming for patients without trusted guidance and support.
With a vision to bridge this gap, Dr. Özdayı moved to Los Angeles and founded Miss Endo Tourism — a California-based medical travel coordination company dedicated to connecting patients with carefully selected healthcare providers in Turkey while offering personalized support every step of the way.

As CEO, she oversees company operations, strategic partnerships, patient experience, and quality standards while remaining actively involved in patient guidance and treatment coordination. With more than 16 years of clinical and academic healthcare experience, she is committed to ensuring that every patient receives personalized support, transparent communication, and confidence throughout their journey.

Turkey General Coordinator & Medical Director
As Medical Director and Turkey General Coordinator, Dr. Sema Yıldız oversees communication and coordination with our healthcare partners throughout Turkey. As a medical doctor, she brings valuable clinical insight to the coordination process, helping ensure clear communication between patients, healthcare providers, and our international support teams. Dr. Yıldız works closely with physicians, clinics, and hospitals to support treatment planning, facilitate coordination, and help maintain continuity throughout the patient journey.
